September 1993 – Kilhari/Latur Earthquake, Maharashtra

Built and provided essential equipment for Primary Health Care Centre with 15 beds at Jawalga Pomadevi, Latur. The Healthcare Centre supported post disaster recovery phase and continues to serve as a provider of primary healthcare services for the region. The project started with one doctor and one nurse and subsequently grew to provide health services for 17 surrounding villages with 13 staff.
